Management Plan
On March 23, 2022 the Board of Water and Soil Resources approved the Carnelian Marine St. Croix Watershed District revised Watershed Management Plan and the Board adopted the Plan on April 13, 2022.

District Wide Technical Reports
Technical evaluations are the foundation of science-based decision making needed for effective and efficient watershed management. These documents provide a foundation for water resource management decision making.
Annual Reports
District annual reports provide background information on the District; summarize budgets, levies, and the yearly audit; summarize the District’s programs and activities completed; and present work plans and budgets for the coming year.
Financial Documents
Budget
The District holds a public hearing at the Annual Meeting, held in August every year, to take testimony on a preliminary budget. The approved budgets and levy requirements are forwarded to the Washington County Auditor to be collected from the residents of the District. Prior year's budget information can be obtained by contacting our District office.
Audit
State Statute requires the Watershed District to have an independent financial audit of the previous year completed by June 30. Prior years audits available by contacting District office.
