This public hearing is being held to gather comments from the public and stakeholders on the draft response to comments and the draft final plan for 2022-2031 Carnelian Marine St. Croix Watershed District Watershed Management Plan.

CMSCWD will conduct this public hearing in person at Scandia City Hall Council Chambers, 14727 209th Street North, Scandia, MN 55073. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in this meeting.
