This special meeting of the Carnelian Marine St. Croix Watershed District is being held at the monthly meeting of the Scandia/Marine Lions Club where a quorum of CMSCWD Board Managers will be in attendance. Administrator Isensee will be providing a brief presentation of past, current, and future efforts of the CMSCWD Watershed District to collaboratively protect and improve water resources.
