The Board of Managers of the Carnelian Marine St. Croix Watershed District will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at the Scandia City Hall, 14727 209th St N, Scandia, to consider the proposed 2023 fiscal year budget and levy for the District.

Projected carry-over funds from 2022, grants, and other income reduce the total proposed levy to $903,013.00. All interest persons will have an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
