The Carnelian Marine St. Croix Watershed District (CMSCWD) is hosting the first public input meeting to review draft design information for stormwater quality practices to reduce phosphorus and sediment discharging to Big Marine Lake.

During the meeting Watershed and City Staff will discuss proposed approaches to address concerns raised during the June predesign tour and provide more information regarding design details such as sizing, vegetation, and maintenance.
