Louise Lake is a shallow, land-locked lake with poor water quality and limited development as approximately half of the lake is in Pine Point Regional Park.  Based on measured lake characteristics and land use in the lake’s minor subwatershed, water quality modeling indicated that a significant amount of phosphorus needs to be removed to improve the water quality of the lake.
